Welcome to Studio C, a cozy 320 sqft. downtown studio apartment that has been completely remodeled to compliment the charm of our downtown area with exposed brick and all new appliances! While Studio C is small, it has the essentials and luxuries needed to make your stay comfortable! Centrally located in the heart of Waverly and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and the bike trail. Studio C is accessible by a set of 20 stairs that may be too steep for some.

Secluded Camping with River Access - Kayaking!

Welcome to Riverview Retreat. No matter what time of year you stay, you will be immersed in nature in this spot on a secluded, private 21-acre property. Wildflowers bloom in spring, summer and fall and you can see deer in the nearby woods. This site is a short walk to the Shell Rock River. Enjoy music on the outside speaker, cook on the grill or firepit provided and eat dinner on the picnic table. Then take a stroll over to the west side of the property to see the river or walk some trails.

This newly updated main floor space offers 1,800 square feet of space to enjoy. Bring your family, or your professional work team, and enjoy the privacy of 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a half bath and laundry area right off the well equipped kitchen. The family friendly neighborhood offers easy access to walking and bike trails. Coming on a work trip? Our wifi is fast and reliable. The deck area offers chairs to relax and a grill. The space requires navigating three steps up to the porch.

Unique downtown studio loft with balcony overlooking the Cedar River. Loft sleeps up to 4 adults, one queen sized bed and 2 high quality full sized futons (pack and play available upon request for small children). Located right down town with shopping and night life steps away. This unit does not have a full kitchen. (small sink, small fridge/freezer, pizzaz, microwave, and electric griddle are in the bar area) Public Parking located off of 1st St NE to the North of Bremer Ave.

This space is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with laundry, kitchen, dining room and living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. Kitchen and Dining Room on main floor. We are located on 9 acres just inside the city limits of Cedar Falls. Just 1 1/2 miles west of the University of Northern Iowa Campus. We are located 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and more! Please book by number of people staying over in the Airbnb as the price goes up by number of people staying.

Bella's Suite at Stars Hollow

Bella's Suite is the private, lower level of our home, with a separate entrance. The beautifully decorated space includes living & dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bath, bedroom & a massage room. Our farm is nestled beside 140 acres of beautifully groomed public trails. Feed the cows, read a book on the beach, take a hike, fish for bluegills in our lake, race a pig, skip rocks or canoe in the creek, have a bonfire (S'mores provided) & stargaze from the relaxing hot tub!

Cushion Cabins East

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.

The Barn

The Barn is a private apartment in the upper level of our barn, with a separate entrance. The beautifully decorated space includes living & dining room, a kitchenette, bath, and two bedrooms. Our acreage is nestled on 4 acres on the edge of town surrounded by farm fields. Where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the amazing sunrises or have a night cap with the cool breeze on the back deck and stargaze the evening sky. Lots to do! NO PET RENTAL

The Carter House 1866 also known as Marriage House

The historic Carter House was built by its namesake J.H. Carter in 1866. Carter was one of the most prominent and influential residents of Shell Rock. He was a founding father of many of the community's businesses. The House remained in his family until 1952. In 2022, the Carter House was purchased by Star Valley Hospitality and was completely renovated. This stylish single family home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is now an inviting short-term rental.
