Victoria's place was wonderful! It was spacious and comfortable and gave our family plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our visit. Victoria was a very responsive host and made check in and check out stress free and easy! There was ample parking for our cars and the house was private - it was the "house behind the house" so we weren't subject to busy traffic noise on the street. (Got a little confusing for DoorDash drivers but we worked it out :D). I will book this same place next time I am up for an extended weekend with the family. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Everything was just perfect – from the clean and cozy space to the peaceful surroundings. We were so excited to find this house available again. We were here a few years ago and always wanted to return. It was just as wonderful as we remembered. Iris is a great host. She meets every request with prompt enthusiasm. We highly recommend her and this beautiful home.

This was a lovely home. Very easy getting inside. Everything was exactly as listed, pictured and described. We felt so cozy and welcomed by Susan. The house had everything you could possibly need to make your stay easy and convenient and was very clean. I had a few questions during our visit and Susan was extremely responsive and so kind. I highly recommend this home. The beds were very comfortable. Showers were very nice and had great water pressure and nice hot water. We truly felt at home and we're beyond satisfied. I highly recommend this home for anyone need of an Airbnb in the area. Lovely home and property.

AJ is an AWESOME host!!!!! We loved staying at this property. It's so safe and way bigger than the photos. The bathrooms are fantastic. (No bathtubs, though, if you need one.) I cannot emphasize what a great stay we had. Thank you so much!!!!!

Great house and great host. The place was beautiful -- big kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, great bathrooms (especially in the master bedroom), nice setup outside (jacuzzi and BBQ), etc. Perfect place for a family weekend in Litchfield. Location was perfect -- a 2 minute drive to great coffee, pastries, bread, ice cream, etc. in Bantam. Liz was an excellent host -- very helpful and responsive. We'd love to visit again soon.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

When my girlfriends and I had to leave another airbnb due to cleanliness and safety reasons, we had to book another place very last minute. The hosts with this house were very accommodating, and even allowed us to check in early despite a super last minute booking. Everything was super clean, the hosts were very responsive, and the location is great. Feels very quiet and secluded without being too far from fun activities. There is also a very big driveway that accommodated all of our cars since many of us drove. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, exactly how it was described and looked even better in person. Incredible surrounding areas and activities. Steven was helpful throughout the stay and incredibly flexible. Wonderful host! Will definitely be planning a yearly visit.

The place was much bigger than the photos and we enjoyed the stay! especially the indoor fireplace and the house is beautifully decorated. Blake was a great host, she did a quick tour of the place when we arrived and gave us some flexible check out time because of the weather/road condition (thank you!) even though we left just before the check out time. Overall, it was a wonderful stay :)

My stay here was phenomenal! From the host’s response time, down to the amenities that were placed throughout the house. As soon as you walk in, it felt like home. The house is spacious and highly functional. The design of the house offers a perfect blend of modern mixed with nostalgic elements. The best stay by far. Would love to book again!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Henri was incredibly responsive and made sure all of my questions were answered promptly, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This was the perfect stay. I felt at home and the grounds are beautiful. The location is a perfect getaway but close to a lovely small town. The owners are great, kind, and so thoughtful. We were looking for a last minute peaceful four day getaway and we found it here. We can’t stop talking about it. Although relatively close to everything we felt as if we were in the middle of a forest. The only sounds were the chirping of song birds and a woodpecker in the morning. Local restaurants are great and for us a trip to Yale University’s free museums and nearby antique shops rounded things out. The house is charming and Rio, our host , made sure we had everything. The few things we forgot from home were there! Wonderful experience all around.

Stayed here for about a month and felt right at home with spacious rooms and lots of amenities provided, being 20 degrees in winter the apartment stood very warm and clean and it was a wonderful place to call home for 30 days. Kisha was very helpful and responsive when I needed to communicate and she’s very kind. If I’m ever near the area in the near future I would definitely book here again no hesitation! Thank you!

As always, we love our stay at the cottage. It’s becoming our home away from home when visiting our son. Thanks for all our goodies! Always a great surprise! Have a wonderful Christmas. We’ll see you next year I hope.

We had the most amazing time and are hopeful to come back again! We also hired Jessica, a private chef, to cook dinner for us, and not only was she accommodating to our dietary restrictions and palate preferences, but more so so seemed to go out of her way to make sure we had the perfect meal and experience. I’m telling everyone about our visit and insisting that they go. Truly, this was an 11/10 experience.

We made dinner for my relatives and use the grill, which was wonderful. We enjoyed sitting at around the table and talked for hours. It was very peaceful. We both had a good night sleep.
