A beautiful refurbished former fishing cottage only 150m from the beach and town centre in the seaside town of Sheringham. First floor: 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 (1 king size bed and one twin room) and shower room. 2nd floor: twin bedroom. Ground floor bathroom, living room kitchen/diner and utility. Varying levels and steep stairs make this unsuitable to the less mobile. Courtyard garden with stream, parking for one car and store for beach gear. BBQ and garden table and chairs. One dog allowed.

Our sunny 1930's bungalow is ready to welcome you for a traditional seaside holiday! Comfortably sleeping a family of four, the master bedroom has a gorgeous four-poster kingsize bed, a second bedroom has two singles. There is a bathroom with a bath (shower over) and sink and then a seperate toilet room. There is plenty of garden space and a long driveway for parking several cars. Arbor Lodge is set in a secluded part of Cromer within 5 minutes walk to the town centre, beach & pier. The Lodge is a purpose built annex to the owners own home, and it has been finished to a high standard & benefits from sea views. The Lodge is ideal for a couple but could accommodate 4 people with an easy pull out & comfortable small double sofa bed, a travel cot is available on request. At night the outside of the lodge is illuminated.
