My place is a lovely apartment close to The Ousburn, Newcastle and Northumbria universities, Our famous Quayside and a seven minute walk into Newcastle City Centre, where there is an abundance of bars, clubs parks, art and culture. Amazing restaurants and fine dining. It is also just a short drive to our blue flag rated beautiful beaches.. My place sleeps up to 4 people. With a large double bed and large comfy sofa bed. My place is suitable for solo adventurers, families & business travellers.

You'll have the whole property. My house has two floors. On the ground floor are kitchen, living room and large garden. Three bedrooms are on the first floor: one master bedroom, one double bedroom & one single bedroom. My house allows up to 5 people to live. Children over 2 years are welcome! My property is perfectly located in city center, very close to Quayside, next to Northumbria University. It is cosy, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Enjoy Newcastle with family and friends in the house!

Sandyford is a vibrant area with excellent food on your doorstep, beautiful walks through Jesmond Dene and bars a short walk away.

A Nice little 1 bedroom apartment located in the historic Quayside area of Newcastle. Set in a period building with easy access to the city centre, many bars, restaurants and theatres. Very easy walking distance to the Sage and ten minutes walk to Central Station. For Parking The nearest multi-storey Is 5 mins away on Dean Street NE1 1PG It’s 2.10 an hour between 8am and 7pm and free over night. Sometimes in the summer the famous Tyne Bridge Kittiwake’s can be a little noisy.

There is a big supermarket across the road, and free private parking. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood.
