It is walking distance from bars and restaurants. Fall River Lake is three minutes from its location. It also comes with access to our ranch ten minutes away. The ranch offers 375 acres of walking space, a launch and water access for fishing, swimming and renting kayaks. With a full homestead of animals, and food. A+ birdwatching

We live close to the beautiful Trinity River & 30 minutes from the Trinity Alps. We share our beautiful home which has a studio and bathroom that have their own access separate from our home. We have kayaks and bikes that you can borrow. The studio has a kitchen that is well stocked. You can enjoy feeding our llamas and horses as well as get great recommendations for fishing, hiking and outdoor adventure. We have our pickleball court available and can borrow paddles/balls.
