Nearby are the Thames Market towns of Wallingford, Henley and Abingdon and the beautiful surrounding countryside.The historic city of Oxford is only 8 miles away and Bicester Village is a 30 minute drive.

A 17th Century Hay Barn 7 miles from Oxford and in the same village as ‘Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons’. Enjoy a glass of bubbles on your own private terrace before strolling to dinner at this famous Cotswold stone Manor. Fully wheelchair accessible & with private parking this unique property is the perfect place for a few days away walking in the nearby Chilterns, exploring Oxford’s Colleges & Cafes, visiting Art & Literary Fairs or attending appointments at Oxford’s many leading hospitals.

Garden home: self contained, nature, no clean fee

1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Info sheet in property.

Our annex is in the heart of Oxfordshire a perfect space to unwind and relax. in a beautiful area of the village surrounded by fields and brooks. close to all amenities and Williams, Grove Technology park, Milton park, Harwell, Didcot, and Oxford, Frilford golf club and Drayton park golf club. with a 7 minute walk to the bus stop offering direct route to Wantage, Didcot and Oxford. If it's retail therapy Oxford (27 mins) has lot's to offer including the fabulous Bicester Village (33 mins)

A cosy studio apartment in a converted barn just outside Oxford. The studio overlooks the garden and dreaming spires of Oxford can be seen from the balcony outside. Easy access to great walks and beautiful countryside, yet only a short bus ride ( 15/20 minutes depending on time of day ) to Oxford city centre. Cosy, independent guest suite with its own entrance, located in the heart of the scenic village of Marcham. 🏡 Easy access to country walks, head next door to enjoy a bustling English pub with luxury food vans on select days. Oxford city centre is 9 miles away, and Abingdon 2 miles away. We have a little bus stop near the house with 2 buses every hour. Didcot train station can get you to London in just 35 minutes :) We are located within easy reach of the Cotswolds!

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
