Our one bedroom ground floor apartment renovated to a very high spec, is set in the beautiful village of Shipton-Under-Wychwood in the heart of The Cotswolds. This is a homely space in which you can spend time relaxing or enjoying the charm of The Cotswolds and surrounding areas, be it walking, hiking or touring. We are 4 mins from Burford, 9 mins from Clarkson’s Diddly Squat and 15 mins from The Farmer’s Dog. We are lucky to have 3 pubs all in walking distance and a local Post Office/shop.

The Coach House is a beautiful, light & airy studio that features a spacious layout of off-white walls, high ceilings, and hardwood floors. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre, is a mere two minutes walk to Burford's famous Garden Company & is 2 miles from The Farmer's Dog.

Self-contained Annex

Our self contained annex is on two floors with a separate entrance. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining space, with fridge/freezer, cooker & washing machine together with the basic cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. The first floor contains the large bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is a standard double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. WiFi is provided. Situated at the entrance to a quiet cul- de-sac there is a bus stop outside and the train station is a 15 minute walk away.

Nestled in rolling Cotswold countryside with uninterrupted views just a stone's throw from the ancient village of Shipton under Wychwood. There are two charming bedrooms, both with well appointed ensuite bathrooms. The cottage has its own private garden.

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

The village provides a perfect base for exploration, with pretty villages, the grandeur of Blenheim Palace, Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm Shop, a Wildlife Park and easy access to all that historic Oxford has to offer.
