Wifi connection speed is 50 - 200 mbps which is the upper limit in turkey.There is 24 hours hot water in my house and it is designed as 1 room and 1 living room. The sofa can be a bed in the living room.There are 2 air conditioners(TOSHİBA). It is 2 minutes walking distance to historical places and restaurants in oldtown. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes

The apartment with 2 bedrooms-diningroom-lounge and kitchen- are located downstairs. The bedrooms, lounge and dinning room have an air conditioning for both: cooling or heating. The washing machine can be used free of charge. Tram, busstops, shops foor food and beverages are on 2 min. walking.

The apartment is located 3-4 minutes away from the sea. (500 meters). The south-facing balcony has a great sea and ancient city view. There are two bedrooms, a full-kitchen and living room with a sea view. The apartment is fully-furnished and is suitable for long stay. It is approximately 15 minutes away from the ancient city by foot. The location has access to public transportation as well.
