Es ist ein sehr schönes Apartment mit Meerblick und Meeresrauschen im Hintergrund, der Strand ist nur paar Minuten entfernt und sehr schön. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. außerdem ist es sehr Ruhig und man kann richtig Abschalten und gut Entspannen. Die küche könnte ist ein bisschen Verbesserungs würdig aber sonst ein sehr schönes Apartment. sehr empfehlenswert

The place is fantastic and Moataz is an incredible host. My flight got delayed and his place was available in seconds. He helped me with an easy and seamless check in process and he was very responsive. Place was incredible clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience at the villa. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Besides that, Meena is a very helpful and welcoming host and would definitely recommend anyone visiting Alexandria to stay at that place!

My stay at this villa was absolutely wonderful!🥰 The place was very clean and comfortable, with a private garden that added a touch of tranquility.😍 The internet was fast, and having Netflix was a great bonus for relaxing evenings.😉 The nearby beach was beautiful, making the experience even more special. Wael is a very nice host. He was like a father for me : asking me if I need something, here when i needed, always communicating with me, finding the beat price for transportation, finding best place to eat... It was very nice to stay at his place. The place is safe, clean, quiet and the view is wonderful. People around are also very wel 9ming and the guard of the building and his son are very nice !It was a real pleasure to stay and I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much Wael !

Mr Hisham and the team working ( janitor and his wife) at the apartment were extremely professional, kind, helpful, highly and fast responsive and respectful to all my needs. Mr Hisham fixed the wifi with a remarkable speed. The janitor’s wife responded to my concerns (e. g. hot water, elevator ) in a very responsible fashion. This team at the apartment building are very sincere and caring. Any guest will be very well taken care of. Mr Hisham even went far and beyond by helping bring me a transfer to the bus station. I recommend this apartment and family to any guest.

Der Unterkunft war blitzsauber. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen empfangt Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich kommunikativ und interessierte sich für unsere wünschen. Er gab uns Tipps und Tricks für den Gegend medhat war bei allem top. Ich werde seine unterkunft zum favoriten hinzufügen.

The house is clean and tidy. The host is friendly and responsive. The view is great. There is a beach fee every day. In general, I recommend it.

Amir et sa mère sont des hôtes adorables et disponibles, francophones, ce qui aide énormément à Alexandrie. Amir est arrivé au secours dans les 5 minutes lorsque mon mari a eu un gros problème de santé nécessitant une ambulance, alors que j'étais perdue et en panique, je l'en remercie encore infiniment, sans lui, je ne m'en sortais pas. Nos hôtes sont de vrais Alexandriens qui sauront vous donner les parfaits conseils pour un parfait séjour. L'appartement est à 3 minutes à pieds de la mer et des restaurants, lumineux, calme et confortable, dans un quartier très bien sécurisé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, merci à nos hôtes.

Hamada is very decent, one I reserved the apartment he provided me with his contacts and shared the exact location. He contacted me the day before my arrival to notify of the unplanned utilities works in the building and offered an alternative very close apartment, which was a very clean one with amazing view. I requested to delay my check out for a couple of hours and he was very cooperative.

Karim’s property is the right place to explore Alexandria. It’s clean, well furnished and huge. I recommend this place for every one needs to enjoy a vacation.
