Curl up with Netflix in front of the log fire, or head around the corner for a traditional ale in the old village pub. If you are feeling more adventurous, Incredible Dartmoor is on your doorstep. Drive out to see the rugged tors and the famous moorland ponies, and don't forget to stop for a traditional Devonshire cream tea!

The property is part of a Victorian School House recently converted to a luxury 2 double bedroom apartment in the heart of Ashburton. Sleeps max 4 people. One Super king converts to a twin room on request. It has a loft style feel with its vaulted ceilings. 2 ensuite high spec bathrooms with Heat Recovery Ventilation. Ideal base for short winter/summer weekend breaks or holidays with beach 20 min away or Dartmoor 5 mins. Pubs, eateries, shops and wine bar a hopping distance away.

This charming mediterranean style accommodation is set in the heart of rural devon, yet only 10 mins from the vibrant town of Ashburton which has a selection of restaurants, deli’s and shops. This unique Spanish style hideaway has a lounge with a tv and a fire, and a tapas style bar equipped with sink, fridge and microwave. A couple of steps lead up to the gated bedroom area which features a ceiling fan and shower room with rainfall shower. Robes, slippers and towels provided.

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.
