This homestay was exactly as shown in the pictures, the host was really responsive, friendly.During our stay the weather in gangtok was really unpredictable, due to that there is no electricity, water. But the host make sure we are comfortable and kept checking on us. The host guided us really well and she is the best host.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Sie ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Tshegyal war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen geholfen. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Lage, ein bisschen entfernt vom Zentrum. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Tashi is an excellent host, and his father is incredibly kind and welcoming. He assisted us with check-in and made us feel right at home. The property features two bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a kitchen. The main bedroom offers a stunning view of the valley. Conveniently located near Tashi View Point and the local taxi stand, the house is just a 15-minute drive from MG Marg. Cabs are easily available right outside at reasonable rates. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re especially grateful to Tashi’s father for his warm hospitality.

What's special about this place? EVERYTHING!! 1. Hospitality: to be honest ...it didn't feel like we were away from home for even once. The owners are very warm hearted, loving and take care of everything without even leaving anything to complain about. They even invited us in for traditional drink - Tongba (I am sorry, if i have murdered the spelling). It was really inspiring to see how they have preserved their traditional values like this. 2. Location: This place little bit off the main road which leads to the most amazing feature of this place - serenity. You will listen to the rooster at 4 in the morning, the moment sun rises , birds starts chirping. The impeccable view of sunrays falling on the kanchenjunga peak is beyond explanation. And the lush green surroundings with Rhododendrons all over the place will make you fall in love with this place. 3. Food: They cook the food with lot of love and nutrients. Although, sikkim is an organic state but their food quality will make you lick your fingers everytime you take a bite. Cleanliness: Sparkling clean!! That's all I want to say. I just want to give one example about how they took care of every teenie tiny thing when we were there: "They put one pair of scissors for cutting the coffee sachets in the room. " I have never seen such gesture anywhere. I just loved this place .

My family enjoyed the stay at Orchid Stays. Kids were very comfortable too. Khagesh has been very professional and was available to help us have a great experience not only for our stay but also to plan our Sikkim tour. The amenities provided were of top quality and me and my family would like to highly recommend this property especially if you are visiting with family and close friends.

We had a truly memorable stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Gangtok. The house was exceptionally spacious, thoughtfully designed, and perfect for families. The highlight was the large balcony with a great view, along with an extremely spacious living room and open kitchen that created multiple cozy hangout zones for everyone to relax and connect. The hosts — a warm, welcoming couple — made us feel completely at home with their kindness and attention to detail. On request, they served delicious home-cooked meals made from their own home-grown organic ingredients — every dish was fresh, hearty, and full of flavor. The entire property was maintained with excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene. They also kindly allowed us a late checkout, which we truly appreciated. A truly peaceful, comfortable, and heartwarming stay. Note: They can also assist with local travel if needed.

Excellent place for the family to stay. Great location to reach MG road. Host and the staff are will keep you over pampered. I have not seen a helpful host like this over the year.

We had the most perfect BNB experience. Place was spotless with a great view. The house was excellently designed and furnished. The location is great too - just a short walk to MG mart and nice restaurants. Swiggy delivery was also available. Overall, a highly recommended stay in gangtok
