Less than 5 minutes' walk to a safe swimming beach and the local Silverleaves cafe. The property also has a well-established beautiful garden. Only 5 minutes' drive to the center of Cowes with lots of shopping, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and 5 minutes' walk to the golf course. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS HOUSE IS BYO LINEN & TOWELS except for the Moto GP. Moto GP tenants have transport close by. "Small" pets allowed, not big dogs. The yard is not fenced . Bunks there but no guard rail, please don not allow a young child to sleep there. It is the 11 th house around the curve in the road, at the first speed hump, on your right.
