The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. Take a break and unwind in a characterful cottage set in beautiful countryside. This 18th century grade-II listed property is right beside the River Seven, in the picturesque village of Sinnington, and the North York Moors National Park. The cottage is full of original character, whilst having all the amenities needed for a relaxing break. Many amazing walks can be enjoyed from right outside the door and the wonderful village pub and restaurant is only a few minutes walk away.

Set within a hillside in Ryedale sits Pheasant's Roost. This unique underground home offers comfort and scenery all in one. The private hot tub and patio over look the Howardian Hills. It also the perfect place to watch the sunset and later on the gaze at the beautiful clear night skies. If wildlife is your thing, there is plenty to see from our resident barn owl to the deer grazing in the early morning. This spacious pod has a fully equipped kitchen and underfloor heating.

Unwind in your hot tub under a clear night sky, the perfect way to end your day.

Millfield Cottage

Upgraded in summer 2023 with re-decorated bedroom/bed sit (upstairs); brand new bathroom fitted; and kitchenette added with fridge, mini freezer, hob, convection microwave and air fryer (downstairs). Come and go as you please through a private entrance and enjoy the views over Yorkshire. The annex is a completely private space attached to the main house. The main house and annex are stone-built and sit on half an acre of landscaped gardens.

This cottage, in the village of Wrelton near Pickering, was a 19th century blacksmith's forge and has now been renovated into a delightful living space complete with fully-equipped kitchen, large living room area, bathroom with walk-in shower and a cosy bedroom located on a mezzanine floor which is reached via a spiral staircase. The Old Forge offers a great location for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Yorkshire.
