Wonderful stay at this super clean well equipped villa. Spacious and matches the description online. The outdoor patio and pool area is nice with great views. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very flexible on check in and check out times. Extremely responsive. Stocked the fridge with complimentary drinks including wine and beer. The daily cleaning service was a pleasant surprise and explained why the place was in pristine condition. A great casual villa for a family or group of friends to enjoy the west Indies islands. Loved it.

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

Shelly is a wonderful person as well as a great host. Shelly notifies us regularly about events on both the Dutch side as well as the French side. I would rate Shelly a 10 if you had that many stars. She replied to questions within an hour or two. Lovely unit and great hostess.

This place is extraordinary. It’s even better when you see it in person. He has everything that you need as far an equipment for the kitchen. Very nice place would stay there again. The pool is really nice, just hard to enjoy if someone who is 5’2. Great for tall people tho.

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back next year! Sylvia greeted us at check in. She is wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. The unit is lovely and well kept. We love the location! Steps from the beach and D’s restaurant. Short trip to amazing beaches and restaurants. There is a water filter on the tap so you don’t have to buy bottled water. Nice touch!

Kathy is truly an all-star host who thought about every detail. There was ice in the freezer and a few beverages in the refrigerator when we arrived after a long travel day. We had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. We really appreciated the cooler, freezer packs, beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Kathy is super knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations during our stay. She has a packet available when you arrive that will provide information for just about anything you might need to know or want to do during your visit. We enjoyed Kathy’s interesting furnishings and accent pieces as well as the outdoor patio area. The outdoor shower was nice to have too, to rinse off after a day at the beach. The market next door was an awesome convenience that we absolutely loved and used daily. There was a really nice variety of supplies available and we cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely visit again & I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Pictures of this place don’t do justice of the setting. Along the apartment is a semi private terrace that has a direct view on the ocean, full of sun all day along made a perfect spot for both morning coffee and late night drink. A plus : beds were really comfortable!

The house was exactly what we needed to accommodate us on a work trip with decent wifi and a place to work and just paces from a nice beach and a beach bar when we needed a break. Our host was very helpful from start to finish and even accommodated our early check-in and check out. The layout, the rooms, the furnishings were all that you need and the location is great! La Vue was the perfect location for our week long vacation for five of us. We fell in love with Indigo Bay! The house was perfect and Justyna reached out to make sure we were happy and sought out our feedback to make sure we had everything we needed. When we arrived there was a bouquet of balloons for my Husband’s Birthday waiting in the living room plus a bottle of sparkling wine and some snacks! Waking up every morning to that view is something we will miss. We would open up the windows all the way and felt the beautiful breezes each morning. We cooked at home multiple times and the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and dishes. We also had a private chef, Maxim who came in with his assistant Emile. They were so nice and the food was almost too pretty to eat, almost! We also went to the Indigo Bay Beach Restaurant multiple times. The food and service were amazing! It was perfect and we will be back! Thank you Justyna for sharing your beautiful home!

Wonderful stay. Host was easy Checking for if we needed anything. They even helped us arrange a car rental. Although the studio was small it had everything needed. Spices, snacks, water and even a great supply of toiletries. We truly felt at home and well cared for. I’m very happy with our stay and would do it again.

El departamento de Ian y Megan es mucho más de lo que se ve en las fotos. Todo está impecable y súper limpio, todo funciona perfecto y el deck exterior con la barbacoa que da al mar es un lugar mágico. Usamos los kayak que nos prestaron, la cocina está súper completa. We had a fantastic stay The place was beautiful. As described. Sunsets were amazing as was the view. We rented a car and went to a different beach each day. Rakhi was very helpful in recommending fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back again. It was one of our all time fav holidays. Would highly recommend

The pictures do not do this house justice. From the open-air concept of the house to the stunning views off the back deck. You will not be disappointed with renting this villa. The villa is located within walking distance to many great restaurants and a grocery store right across the street. The level of service provided by Léa and Chloe was exemplary. From pre-arrival communications to personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Léa was always available to assist with any request, whether it was organizing the rental car, setting up a taxi, or booking a boat for the day. Villa Mumbai surpassed all our expectations. It provided a perfect backdrop for a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

My best friend and I enjoyed the house. It was the perfect home base for our island adventures peaceful, private, and just as described. The views were beautiful, and we loved having our morning coffee outside while listening to the water. The location made it easy to get around the island, and everything felt safe and convenient. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit St. Maarten. Can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing stay at Yulia’s SeaBreeze villa in Indigo Bay! The property was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and comfortable, with absolutely stunning ocean views. Yulia was a fantastic host—welcoming, responsive, and full of helpful local recommendations. The location in Indigo Bay was peaceful and secure, yet conveniently close to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife. The only minor downside was the distance to the shared trash disposal area, which was a bit inconvenient—but that’s more about the community setup and not within the host’s control. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this villa and Yulia’s excellent hospitality!

Would highly recommend staying in the suite. We were super impressed by how clean the unit was. You’re a balcony faces mullet Beach and it was a delight to wake up to that view every day. You’re three minute drive from Maho strip. And the host was super welcoming and so responsive. we will definitely be back. 5 stars

Mia Beach Villa was a fantastic place to retreat and unwind for 8 days. The house was bigger and more spacious than the pictures conveyed. The three bedrooms are huge and spread out, and the kitchen/dining area has soaring ceilings that make it feel very open, even though the only windows are in the front and back. The real star is the long terrace and the steps down to the beach; that's why we booked this - we want to be right on the water. The beach itself is beautiful and quiet, but, it is worth noting, not very walkable or swimmable. That was a mild disappointment. One thing worth noting - while the area of Pelican Key is very developed, the road in and out is atrocious. Get a SUV or something with higher clearance or you'll stress your car bottoming out multiple times on each trip in or out. You can walk to the restaurants at the Simpson Bay Resort. Finally - though we needed little during our stay, Alexandra and Muriel were proactive, responsive and helpful at all times.

Really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful home. Peaceful love the sound of the ocean at night. Fun to watch the airplanes come by after landing and tiring around. The beach is beautiful and the privacy is second to none.

My husband and I just returned from a two month stay in Unit 4. It is a studio however it is very large and very well equipped with everything needed to have a most enjoyable time on Simpson Bay. We chose not to rent a vehicle because grocery stores, restaurants and other entrainment are all within easy walking distance plus the beach is just steps away. The roof top area has lounge chairs and a table - a lovely spot to have some quiet time as you admire views of the bay or the open ocean. The laundry room is an added bonus and it’s there that you will find beach chairs and umbrellas. Installing a generator would be an added benefit, especially when the winds are calm however solar powered fans with electronic ports are available to keep the units comfortable and your phone charged during a power outage. We recommend the Pearl by the Beach to everyone looking for an economical and centrally located place to vacation on St. Maarten.

Betty’s place was huge, bright, extremely comfortable, and squeaky clean. It’s bigger than it looks in the photos, and laid out so the 2 bedrooms are very private from each other. The thing that sets it apart, though, is the extraordinarily beautiful setting. The balcony looks over the tasteful, green pool area to palms lining the ocean beyond. It’s spectacular. The small private, sandy beach was a wonderful escape; it’s secluded by cliffs and I sat there a couple of hours each day without seeing anyone else. The property grounds are beautifully landscaped and immaculate. Other conveniences were a surprise; a nice grocery across the street and several good restaurants within a short walk. Hard to get this kind of quiet and privacy while having so much nearby. It’s a little slice of paradise.

This house is located in a perfect spot. Close to beaches and nightlife but quiet enough that we slept later than usual! Only drawback is we thought the pool was right outside the unit however it is in front of the building next door. Pictures are very accurate of what you will see when you enter the home. We would stay here again. Great place, Great hostess!

Absolutely great place to stay! In the time I spend here I was able to relax, enjoy myself and aseptically the great view at sunset. The accommodation is good, you have a good bedroom and separate bathroom with a good shower. The bed is comfortable and with the airconditioning its great to sleep. But even better is the main room with good kitchen! you can relax here, get comfortable or cook yourself if you would like to. The the place outside, this is absolutely great, the view, the rest and sound of the ocean makes it a absolute great place. I was here alone, but for two people it is also good, enough space to sleep and live together. Absolute my recommendation! Michele is the person who wil help you, she is always available on the app, and wil help you with al your questions. Although you are close to the airport this is not something that bothers me. The aria is secured at night, and beach, town and airport all in walking distance. I will sure go there again!

Mersija was a wonderful host. She responded very quickly. Her place is a few steps from the pool which was very ideal for us and our kids! During off season, the Dutch side of the island has been experiencing power outages once or sometimes twice daily. Although one day we did not lose power. The power goes out for 2 hours and we got used to it. Even with the power going out for 2 hours, her place stayed very cool in this hot weather. In a way, it was nice to disconnect on vacation and Mersija was very caring. The private beach right down the stairs is spectacular!
