Ο όροφος πάνω από το ισόγειο είναι ξεχωριστή κατοικία και κατοικείται από ένα μέλος της οικογένειάς.Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο. Διαθέτει μεγάλο καθιστικό , κουζίνα , 2 υπνοδωμάτια, 1 μπάνιο και 1 WC .Στο καθιστικό υπάρχει ένας καναπές που γίνεται 2 μονα κρεβάτια . Ο εσωτερικός χώρος του σπιτιού είναι ιδανικός για ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση. Το σπίτι περιβάλλεται από μεγάλο κήπο.
