Comfort, character and charm in abundance, built from local stone with ancient embedded fossils, this special place has a very peaceful and soothing atmosphere. Escape the city stress! Wonderful views and wildlife. A paradise for bird and otter spotters - and anyone interested in fossils. A lovely beach is close by and the village and restaurants are a couple of miles away.

'Grandview' is a beautiful, traditional, spacious cottage with everything you need for a very memorable holiday. With outstanding views of the Cuillins, Rhum and Canna, there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin-bed bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 2 spacious lounge areas, allowing you to spread-out and relax independently! The stove provides a glorious heat, although the cottage also has full electric heating. There are many local walks/climbs and also the famous boat-trips into Coruisk and the Cuillin hills.

The house is directly above the seashore with views to the Island of Scalpay across Loch na Cairidh, the Old man of Storr and to the mountains of the mainland and the wall to ceiling windows highlight the beautiful views

The nearest village is Broadford which is a 10 minute drive and has a variety of shops and restaurants to enjoy.

The Tin Sheds offer spacious, modern accommodation with spectacular waterfront views. The homes are a short 20 minute drive from the Skye Bridge and offer a centrally located base from which to explore the island. A supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants, plus a pharmacy & fuel station are conveniently located in Broadford village, a 7 minute drive away. Key attractions including Portree, the Old Man of Storr, the Fairy Pools, Talisker Distillery are all approximately 30 - 40 mins away.
