The Twisted Mermaid is a beautiful self-contained modern studio set in a lush garden. This new magnificently appointed studio has its own private entrance, private outdoor area as well as onsite parking. Much care has been taken to ensure the studio is equipped with top end appliances and linen. It comprises of a large bathroom, bedroom and an open plan kitchen and lounge. Quick drive to GP circuit (5 min), Penguin Parade, Nobbies, Cowes (10 min). 5 min. walk to Smiths or YCW beach. Coffee and snacks from General Store. Surf lessons & equipment from Island Surfboards. THIS IS NOT A MODERN HOUSE (please see photos), but with modern appliances and bathrooms. Think: Affordable. Clean. Great location!

The Sunderland Beach Cottage

Welcome to The Sunderland, a beach cottage located at the rear of property behind a Quaker barn shed. Located in the Sunderland Bay area on Phillip Island Victoria, home of the world famous Penguin Parade, within 10 minutes walk of Surfies Point Surf beach and 3 km from safe surf beach at Smiths Beach. The cottage built in 2014 is modern, fully self- contained, perfect for couples or a family with off street parking and safe play yard for children. Wheelchair ramp, Highchair & portable cot.
