There is a a micro, fridge & coffee mkr in ur suite. Cook your meal in our shared kitchen. All linens are sanitized w/ high temp sanitizing wash. We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm is nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah! Our Tiny House, which used to be our feed shed, offers beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats, free range donkeys and more. We have a brand new Bathhouse with a full bath. Washer & Dryer too!

Romantic get away for nature lovers. Private 2nd floor studio apartment over garage (guest parking), nestled among large live oaks overlooking tidal creek & dock on wooded property. Less than 30 minutes from downtown Charleston, Folly Beach, Kiawah. Shrimp, fish, crab or just enjoy the hammock on the dock. Or go for a paddle in one of the kayaks provided for a small fee.

Ellzey Place is a peaceful spot where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy having a cup of coffee on the deck facing a spacious private back yard. There are lots of azaleas that bloom in season and pines swaying in the breeze. It is a charming apartment attached to the owner's house but has a private deck and entrance. It has been newly remodeled and delightfully decorated.

Enjoy having a cup of coffee relaxing in the swing on the front deck or sitting on the back deck facing the woods and watching the chickens pecking for food. Or take a stroll down the lane and inspect the muscadine/scuppernong vines and enjoy luscious grapes and figs in season. Enjoy a slice of country life on 2 1/2 acres.
