Our group of six spent the night before a work conference. We each add our own space, and plenty of room to spread out. House was very clean and in a great, quiet neighborhood.

It is definitely a "Jewel". If you have a choice to stay at Tina's "Jewel" or anywhere else in Sylvan, Wilson, Lucas, or Lincoln, then look no more. This is your place. Clean, great bathrooms (especially the master bath), and very very accessible.

They are wonderful hosts. We have great experiences booking with them for both of our companies and will continue to book with them as long as we are in the area and they will have us. Their communication and hospitality is excellent.

The location, amenities, and layout of this home fit our needs perfectly. Master suite with king size bed and on suite full bath on one end and the other two bedrooms and full bath at other end. We held a family reunion with folks returning to the home at different times so this was ideal. Clean, well-stocked, covered parking available (no storms or hail for us, but it’s reassuring to have this). Very clear communication and instructions. Thank you very much!

This house is a fantastic option in Hutch. It's in a quiet neighborhood in a great part of town. Very clean and well stocked! Beautifully decorated and comfortable furniture. Great backyard with room to play. We will stay again next time we're in town.

We had a great stay. Had everything you need for an extended stay from cooking meals to playing games in your down time. Its a wonderful house.

This was one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed while visiting our college kiddo in Manhattan! It was so clean, decorated so cute but not over done, had the comforts of home, and we loved using the instant fire place on the cold wet weekend!!! It was perfect for our family !!! The beds were so comfortable, and the living area was so cozy !! We’d love to stay here again and again !!!

The cabin was exactly as described, and in a quiet, peaceful location. It was perfect for our needs, which included our two dogs. Jana, the host, was always prompt and friendly in responses to questions and requests. We would have no concerns renting again if we are in the area. Also, we would recommend to others without hesitation, which I believe is the best complement you can give.
