The kitchen is set up with lots of cabinets and comes complete with a small table and 2 stools, it has a large refrigerator, an apartment size stove and a Microwave

Lake Champion is only a fishing lake. (no water sports allowed) NO more than 20 people allowed. NO large parties or Weddings! No outside music after 12:00am. NO DJs.
