Tucked on a creek with stunning views, this newly renovated and charming cottage will take your breath away. Set on 8 acres and surrounded by forest, you can relax on the covered porch and watch wildlife, or roast marshmallows at the creekside fire pit. Designed with the comfort of our guests and their pets in mind, Mountain Magic has everything you need for a fantastic mountain retreat.

17 Degrees North Mountain Cabin

Awaken in a luxury king size bed and slide open the garage door to sweeping views of the Smokies. Enjoy coffee on the deck. Fully furnished bed and bath, AC/Heat and kitchenette. Pets permitted $40/first pet $20/each additional pet. Area is fenced. Listen to the river while lying in the in-deck hammock. The perfect stage for a restful afternoon or night time stargazing. Watch the wildlife and farm animals or fish for trout in our 1/2 mile of river. Quiet~ private~ breathtaking~ accessible!

High Calling

High Calling is the lower level of a home on Cataloochee Mountain, at 4300’ elevation. Enjoy the panoramic views year round from a private covered porch or around the fire pit as you relax with the peaceful sound of the creek below. A charcoal grill is also provided. Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with one full bed and one twin bed face mountain views. A sitting area with a television and games, kitchenette and coffee station are provided, along with snacks and drinks.

HOORAY! OUR ROAD HAS BEEN REPAIRED! It's still gravel though so 4wd or a truck required! I mean it! Fall is coming and we're perfectly located for leaf peeping. We offer privacy and comfort along with beautiful views in your private suite in the mountains, with lots of outdoor space. We're within easy driving distance to Sylva, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Asheville, Cherokee and more. We're not fancy but clean and welcoming, with lots of amenities. EVERYONE WELCOME! Close to hundreds of miles of hiking, forty minutes from Asheville or the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, there is plenty to do. For those who want to do less, you can just sit in the sunroom or on the deck and watch the horses graze.

*4x4 or AWD only* Escape to our tiny modern off grid cabin situated in the middle of our private 125 acre mountain top forestry management land which backs up to Pisgah National Forest. Wake up to soaring mountain views, hike all day on the Blue Ridge Parkway, grill out and make S'mores over the fire pit, and then roll open the glass garage door to fall asleep under the stars in a comfy bed...just 25 minutes to downtown Asheville!
