Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. Dessutom finns det en härlig jacuzzi som ni kan koppla av i och njuta av. Från gästhuset och spabadet ser man ut över Sundsörsviken, Mälaren. Här är det nära till natur och bad oavsett årstid. Barnvänlig strand i sjö finns på gångavstånd. Det finns fina promenadstråk direkt från gården.
