Charmig stuga på ca 35 kvm som delvis renoverats-24. Enkelt utrustat kök med kyl, liten 2-plattors spis med ugn, micro, vardagsrum med köksbord och bäddsoffa för 2 pers, 1 sovrum med 2 våningssängar. Litet toalettutrymme med förbränningstoalett. Inget indraget dricksvatten, hämtas i brunn intill. Ingen dusch. 1 båtplats ingår i boendet

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Unique location on a large plot by the sea with 2 houses, privat located in Stockholm archipelago. The houses are connected by wooden deck, all rooms with seaview and terracedoors. Large kitchen fully equipped, fridge/freezers, dishwasher, dining for 6-8 persons. 50 m to privat jetty. 4 bedrooms with privat entrance. Bathroom build 2025 with wc and shower. A small rowboat is included and you can rent a smaller motorboat. You can rent sheets and towels. 15 min. walk to ferry to Stockholm.

A truly wonderful, relaxing, mindful place in the center of the Stockholm archipelago. We are close to the island Möja with all its facilities. A small rowing boat is always included. In addition, two "add-on" packages are offered separately; (1) a ”boat-package” including an engine for the boat and three kayaks (2 single, one twin kayak), and (2) a "Sauna package" including a fabulous outdoor warmwater shower with a fabulous view . This lovely Oceanfront villa, suitable for 6 people, is a luxurious place and it has a splendid location and is directly situated by the archipelago of Stockholm/ Gustavsberg in Värmdö. Big sun deck connected to the pier..From the indoor sauna you easily reach the pier via the outdoor deck and staircase, perfect for summer as well as winter. Possibility to rent a smaller boat upon availabily for trips in the neighbouring area as well as good for waterskiing and tube.

You walk into an open space with a combined living room and kitchen with visible beams in the ceiling and a height of 3.8 meters; the room is airy, with large windows facing the forest and sea. Relax in the nature: The natural plot is 1600 square(kvm) meters and is hidden from neighbours. Take a walk on the path surrounded by vegetation, and you are down on the beach with crystal clear water.

Denna magiska ministuga uppfyller drömmen om att bo mitt i skärgårdsmyllan, och bokstavligt ett stenkast från vattnet. På de ca 12 kvm finns en fullt utrustad kokvrå med diskho, kylskåp, varmvatten och matplats för två. I sovrummet finns en enkelsäng som kan dras ut till 160 cm. Ett modernt duschrum finns i ladan och delas med det andra gästhuset. Varje gästhus har eget torrdass.

The deep forest meets the rugged archipelago cliffs, you can't help but abdicate for the peace. The starry nights and silence at the far end of the peninsula is soothing for the soul. With eagles and deer outside the window, you relax from the inside out. Simply a unique place.

Small house with sauna and a breathtaking view

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Watch sea eagles sail over the sea. The house is completely newly built in a modern design and is fully completed in 2024. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.

Liten stuga vid vattnet

En liten stuga med ett sovrum, litet kök, separat toa (Förbränningstoa) och utedusch med varmvatten. Huset ligger på Hemholmen vid vattnet. Liten roddbåt med 10 hk motor kan hyras för 400 kr/dygn, 1500kr/vecka. Resa till Hemholmen (Lagunen) med Taxibåt från Sollenkroka. Plats måste förbokas i god tid .
