Apartment is close to Vitosha blvd. (main shopping street), supermarkets, small shops, as well as trendy restaurants and pubs. The area is really quiet but close to everything. Within a walking distance are Alexander Nevski Cathedral, Ancient Serdika Complex, National Palace of Culture, National Theatre, etc.

Welcome to my contemporary, cozy, quiet, light, and warm central apartment, 56 sq. m, balancing comfort and aesthetics. It was my parents place. Located on the 4-th floor in an authentic 1930-40s building in a typically socialist style (no lift), like many other buildings in the center. Many of our neighbors were doctors, most lived to 80-90 years. Now the building, although strong, does not look as a new and shiny hotel. But it is worth to feel the Bulgarian atmosphere, in the Airbnb spirit.

This area provides all kind of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and etc. The studio is really quite, although it is on the main center of the city. You’re always welcome to knock on my door for advice about Sofia’s life.
