Comfortable, spacious and bright apartment overlooking the beautiful lake of Norrviken, 20 minutes north of central Stockholm. A quiet, residential area north of Stockholm with nearby boat club (renting SUP boards and canoes) as well as kids friendly beach. Short walk to supermarket, butcher and take away restaurants. Easy commute by train to Stockholm central station (20 mins). Station is a short walk (approx. 700 metres). Arlanda airport can be reached by train/car in approx. 20 minutes.

The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

Den stora trädgården passar perfekt för fotboll, badminton och lek. Rymlig parkering för flera bilar finns på tomten. Bara 300 meter bort ligger sjön med badbryggor, strand och café. Vintertid finns en liten slalombacke bara 10 min bort med bil. Lugnt område med 10 min till Sollentuna centrum och 13 min med pendeltåg till Stockholm City.
