Well-planned and fresh studio apartment with a private entrance. The 24 m² apartment includes a hallway, bathroom, wardrobe, dining area and kitchenette. Just outside the entrance, you'll find a private south-facing patio. An extra full size bed will be provided when booking for 3 guests. The apartment is centrally located, just a 7-minute train ride from Stockholm Central and within walking distance to Arenastaden and Mall of Scandinavia. Easy access by car with street paid parking available.

Idungatan har ett av Vasastadens absolut bästa lägen - på en lugn tvärgata med närhet till Sveavägen. Odenplans tunnelbana och pendeltåg ligger endast 8 minuter bort och det finns gott om busslinjer. Tre matbutiker inom tre minuter och en mängd trevliga restauranger. Nära till Vanadislunden, en av Stockholms största och vackraste parker med lekparker, utomhusgym och en utomhusbassäng öppen på sommaren. Hagaparken och Brunnsviken inom bekvämt gångavstånd för vackra promenader och badmöjligheter.

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?
