The "Guest House" is a private cabin, with separate entrance, on the property of Pine Grove Lodge, a full service B&B, with Reg. ME Master Guide on site. The house is fully stocked with all kitchen utensils, bedding, towels, coffee pot, microwave, gas grill, campfire pit and more! Bedroom 1 has a deluxe queen bed, bedroom 2 has a queen and a bunkbed. Our cabin is 4 miles from the town of Newport, and is on Sebasticook lake. It's private and surrounded by trees on both sides. Perfect spot for enjoying the Maine outdoors! The main ITS Trail is at the end of the driveway. No need to trailer your toys once you arrive. Perfect for ATV/Snowmobiling. We also have a dock available if you have a boat you'd like to bring. In the winter, the home is heated with a woodstove and a heat pump (which also works as AC in the summer)

It is located one half mile from Greenville Airport and a five minute drive from downtown Greenville.
