This apartment has a lovely calm and cozy vibe surrounded by amazing views of Carlsberg and Copenhagen to the sea. We love living with beautiful design objects and some completely natural elements in between. This is a place to be relaxed, creative, cooking or just contemplating the cityscapes. Located in the attractive old brewery site of Carlsberg filled with heritage buildings, squares, cafes and restaurants. Surrounded by beautiful parks, the hip Enghave Plads and the vibrant Vesterbro.

Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. I detta nationalromantiska hus från 1905 kan du njuta framför den öppna spisen, grilla och ta en drink på den stora uteplatsen eller ta en kort promenad ner till Falsterbos fantastiska sandstrand. 5-6 personer bor bekvämt i detta charmiga och varsamt renoverade hus med snickarglädje och hög mysfaktor. Det är nära till mataffär, golfbanor och Falsterbos idylliska centrum. På den stora skogstomten finns även en helt ny gäststuga som går att hyra. Parkering finns, samt cyklar för utlåning.

A local City centre (10 min on foot) provides shopping and lovely restaurants. 10 min drive will get you to Copenhagen Racecourse and Bakken (similar to Tivoli) an amusement park (150 years old). Lakes and forests also nearby.

Den Sorte Cottage + Orangeri

Udlejning fra 1. april - 31. oktober. Den Sorte Cottage med orangeri er en del af den historiske ejendom Skippergaarden, Fabersvej 2c, i det gamle Gilleleje. Skippergaarden er fra 1797, bygget af vraggods fra en ostindienfarer, der forliste udenfor Gilleleje i 1797 (sidste renovering 2003/4), og Den Sorte Cottage er fra 1892, da landliggerbegrebet opstod (sidste renovering 2019/20). Orangeriet er fra 2009. Her er wi-fi og parkering.
