Excellent location, very smart neighbourhood, kind and friendly host and staff. The rooms were very well turned out with lovely linen, soft beds, spotlessly clear and classy artwork lining the walls on the way up to the bedroom. Flexible response to providing an early breakfast. Breakfasts were delicious, especially in my opinion the porridge with berries, honey and cream. I would like to come back again very soon!

Wonderful!Great communication and easy to follow instructions.Check in was extremely easy and we were welcomed with very thoughtful touches in the fridge- thankyou. The location was perfect for our trips to Troon,Ayr and the ferry to the Isle of Arran. The house was immaculate,light and airy and very comfortable.We had a super stay.

Had such a lovely night here! Great place to switch off your phone and so cosy when the fire is going! Would highly recommend for an off grid break!

Glorious location. Slept metres from the sea. Bedroom, bathroom and sitting room super stylish and comfortable. Cosy comfortable bed from which we could watch the waves! Art works spectacular. Shower and baths amazing! A super fresh Continental breakfast arrived each morning. Meats, cheese, fruit and yogurt along with toast and hot drinks from the kettle. I think jam and marmalade were home made. Beach and view so beautiful. We adored every moment and can’t wait to return. Huge thanks.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The house and gardens are beautiful, surrounded by wildlife and birds song. Incredibly well appointed complete with fresh flowers from the garden. We felt at home immediately. We can’t wait to come back.

This was a steal of a find! We made the booking the same day as a last minute camping trip got rained off - it was the only place available on the island we could find. What a space! Clean, warm, beautiful little touches in the room from the wee stuffed animals on the bed and the coastal themed decor, to the microwaves, kettle and toaster and crockery, silverware and small breakfast items left in the room (porridge pots and jams and spreads). There was also a small breakfast offered in the way of pastries and homemade bread which were delicious. Our room didn't have an en suite, but a private bathroom directly across the hall. The shower was a small hand shower, however it was attached to a beautiful claw foot bathtub, so we managed to warm ourselves suitably after we were soaked by the rain. Stephen responded to any messages quickly and all the info in the room about the island and local amenities was very helpful. All in all, brilliant place, offered by someone who clearly cares

Stunning 3 bedroom, homely caravan located in a peaceful area of the park. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need. My kids loved the welcome treats that were left for them. Sandra was a fantastic host and I would not hesitate to book with her again. Such close driving distance to Ayr which has lots to see and do.
