10/10 stay. I visited Miami for my birthday and loved every minute of my stay. The view is breathtaking and the Airbnb is located in a convenient area with lots of food nearby and right on the beach. Definitely will be back soon to visit again. Also the bed and pillows were very comfortable! Thanks again!

Beautiful apartment with stylish touches! We absolutely loved our stay here. The space is beautifully decorated, with nice design details like pretty curtains and lamps, making it feel really cozy. At around 45m², it’s very spacious for two people. The street is quiet, yet just a short walk from Collins Avenue – perfect location! The kitchen setup includes a cooktop, coffee maker, and toaster, although there were no proper knives for cooking, which was a bit inconvenient. There was coffee provided at the 2nd floor ! The biggest downside was the bed – it's quite small (140cm), so not very comfortable for two people. We ended up using the sofa bed. There was also a musty smell in the bedroom, likely due to the windows not opening and some humidity in the air. Our clothes felt damp after a while. We suspect the issue might come from the old air conditioning unit, which could use an upgrade. Receptionists were nice and friendly ! Overall this place is a great value for SoBe !

Communication was very good, very quick answers and check in very easy. Are was more than flexible: My flight left in the evening and he offered me to stay as long as possible and even organized a place to leave lugguage and a possibility to take a shower-He frequently asked if everything was ok-perfect host, will definitively come back!

The place was beautiful and very clean and comfortable, views breathtaking, very peaceful pools, front desk friendly, very easy to get to and check in. Lots of shops around and the beach access was great! We always found a place at the beach to chill as well. We can’t wait to be back again!!!! Great for our family of 5!!!

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is thoughtfully minimal, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The natural light throughout the space is fantastic, and the corner balcony on the 12th floor offers gorgeous views of Miami—such a blessing to wake up to! The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with great amenities that made my stay very enjoyable. The unit shares a private hallway with one other tenant, which likely helps to keep the price reasonable. Overall, I absolutely loved my time here and I would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay!! The place is super clean and we loved having a full kitchen to make breakfast every morning. The pools were so nice and quiet and we utilized the beach chairs most days on the beach! Very walkable either using the boardwalk or you can get to restaurants on the roads as well. This was a perfect stay!

Michael was an excellent host. Everything was as he had detailed. Place was very clean, fantastic view. Beach chairs and umbrella were a very nice feature of this listing. We enjoyed our stay greatly and would highly recommend Michael and this property. Fantastic all around.

Michael hat eine tolle grosszügige Wohnung. Sie liegt direkt am Meer, hat 2 Pools und das Parking wird super bedient.

Perfect location literally steps from the beach and from the bay. Walkable to restaurants, bars, and the entire boardwalk. Clean space with everything you could need. The beach chairs and towels were a great addition. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

The apartment looked to be very new. There is a spectacular view from every room (which is better than on the photos). You can see the skyline of Downtown Miami and the ocean. The furniture/interior design is very nice with black and white hues. The bathroom was clean and stacked with everything needed (enough towels, tissues, shampoo, conditioner etc. All the main kitchen appliances were there. Michael provided dishwasher & laundry taps, which was very convenient. There was also coffee, oil, salt and pepper. The balcony is very nice and has two lounge chairs and a sofa to chill out and watch the ocean. The valet parking worked very good, the people in charge there were very nice and fast. Michael was very proactive in providing all the information needed and replied very fast. All in all it was a great experience and we enjoyed it a lot!

Very clean and beautiful view! Away from all of the Miami craziness, peaceful and perfect area for families! Lots of places to eat in walking distance. Facilities and staff were very nice. Condo is gorgeous and the balcony is amazing! Definitely coming back!

Our room was perfect for the two of us. Located within walking distance (steps) to the beach and boardwalk. Restaurants are also within walking distance along the boardwalk. We cooked most of our meals in our room and enjoyed them on the shared patio just outside our room. The onsite office staff were very helpful during our stay and provided everything we needed to make this a great vacation.

The place was great! Very cozy and cute, and walkable to lots of local restaurants. GatorMom was helpful, flexible and responsive.
