Clean, open space. Was plenty of room for 3 people and a dog. Convenient parking and beach access. Walking distance to many shops and dinner spots. Park across the street to take dog out. Pool was nice and warm even at night.

The condo was beautiful. Clean and spacious. Lots of amenities. Close to the public beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Plus David ordered a perfect week of weather for us! Wonderful.

Well, where to start! Firstly, it’s not very often that the pictures and description of a property don’t do it justice. A true pice of paradise. We even survived our first hurricane!! But it wasn’t without the help of hosts, being extremely responsive, helpful and going the extra mile. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Scott’s place was the perfect stay! Getting inside was super easy and the place was spotless. Everything was exactly as described. We loved how dog friendly the stay was and how close to Siesta Village we were. Would highly recommend and hope to rent another of Scotts properties soon!

Loved this place! Exactly how it was advertised. It was easy to find and access was a breeze. It worked out great for us. It is only a few miles from our kids and grandkids. Restaurants and shopping is unlimited in this area. Close to everything that you could want. Hope to come here again a few times a year.

Robin’s place is so beautiful and is in such a stunning location on Anna Maria Island. It is DIRECTLY across from the beach, like 500ft and you can see the ocean and beach directly from the balcony! It was easy to get inside the condo and Robin was even able to let us in a few hours early which was so kind!! She had a beach umbrella, chairs, towels, tubes, noodles, boogie boards, aloe, and anything else you might need for an amazing beach stay!! Her place was clean, tidy, cutely decorated, and cozy. Both beds and the couch were very comfortable. We personally didn’t use the kitchen because there were so many amazing restaurants nearby. We had a designated parking space and the trolley stops near the building as well so you can easily go anywhere on the island that you want. The AC worked flawlessly and the shower had perfect water pressure and plenty of hot water between me and my friend showering every night. I would absolutely love to stay here again, and would 1000/10 recommend!!!!

What a beautiful experience. Tend to be a more “hotelish” but what a great place to be if you want to spread your wings . Very spacious ,comfortable and most of all this Airbnb was spacious. Thanks again for your hospitality and response. Looking forward to coming back.

Second time at his location, and we had a great stay. The first time we stayed, we didn't even check out the beach closet...this time we did, and the bikes were nice, but the other items in there need some TLC, so I was glad we brought our own chairs, etc . However, that's not why we stayed, so it was fine, and enjoyed our time. The addition of the upstairs bathroom and closing off of the loft was a nice addition to last year, and much appreciated. Loved the countertop ice maker...tho empty on arrival...was still a nice addition as well

The condo was excellent and was exactly as described. Loved how close it was to the beach and walkable to shopping, restaurants and activities. Can’t wait to come back!

I rented this for my family to celebrate some birthdays with some peace and the beach, the area was perfect across from the beach, Publix within walking distance, close to some really good restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 and dog friendly. We loved that the building only has about 10-12 units and made our pool visits feel more private. When we checked in the front desk was very nice and they recommended some spots nearby. Our kids really liked the inflatable park nearby as well. We are already planning our next stay. This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

We really enjoyed staying at Tamas’s place. It was so pleasant and being on the balcony every morning watching the dolphins was so relaxing. We used the pool and hot tub and drove to beaches around the St.Pete area. Tamas took care of any issues we had immediately. We appreciated the vacation time there and would recommend it as the perfect size for one couple.

Such a beautiful condo! We loved watching the dolphins right off the balcony! We paid for a dolphin tour and our kids said watching at the condo was better! The condo is beautiful and the owners are very responsive! Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time in a beautiful area. There were only two of us but it was large enough for a family of 4 to 6 very comfortably. We did not cook but the kitchen is equipped for everything you would need to prepare meals for sure. The pool was warm as I dipped in my toe to check it. You can walk through the pool area directly onto a private path directly to the beach. There was a blanket and beach towels setting for us. The forecast was for rain but God blessed us with 2 beautiful sunny days. 😍

This was our second stay with Tina and we were very pleased that we were able to go back. The condo is ideally situated and has all of the amenities you need. We had a great stay and hope to go back in the near future.

George's place was very clean and orderly. We had everything we needed to prepare a few meals at his place. Also, he has a wonderful coffee maker which we loved. No need to run out and buy coffee so it is there for breakfast as we have had to do in other AB&B's. The condo has a very nice saltwater swimming pool. It is very, very conveniently located in Clearwater. We could easily drive north to Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and to the nature preserve at Homasassa Springs. We drove into Tampa and rode on the River Taxi, went to the History museum and the Art Museum. We drove South to St. Petersburg and went to the Dali Museum and the Art Museum in St. Petersburg. Also to Sarasota and the Ringling Museum. We drove along the coast from Clearwater Beach south. Found great places to eat. If you love just sitting on a beach, that can be found all along the coast north and south of Clearwater Beach. I highly recommend George's place. You will not be disappointed. Gerry

The tiki themed suite is absolutely magical! Walking in was such an awesome experience for my family! We loved the decor, sounds, smells and views but we especially loved Chief the parrot! Chris explains everything you need to know with great detail, no questions go unexplained! We really enjoyed the onsite restaurant & bar too! The sunset should not be missed! We can’t wait to go back!

This place was PERFECT! Beautifully decorated to match the beach aesthetic. Literally a one minute walk to the beach! I loved that the place had plenty of towels (both bath and beach), every kitchen utensil and cooking dish you could think of. (We travelled with a teen, a 6 year old and a 10 month old for a week so we cooked a lot.) There was plenty of bedding to use (we enjoyed being able to bring the kids out to the living room and use the pull out sofa for a family movie/game night). There were board games there to use and the biggest plus was the owner was nice enough to allow us to use the accessories he had for the beach at no additional charge. (Beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats). WiFi worked great. AC worked great. Communication was seamless! Told my spouse I couldn’t wait to go back again. Russell and Cindy were incredible to work with. Highly recommend!

This condo was even cuter in person than it was in the photos. It was super clean, safe, spacious, had a gorgeous screened in balcony that looked out over the pool, and was centrally located really close to groceries, restaurants, multiple beaches, and more. We stayed here as a family of 4 and the kids had their own room and bathroom and we had a master with en suite. I saw another review that said there is a little noise from the busy road outside but you really only notice it if you're trying to sleep with the windows open. We originally booked a hotel that ended up being awful so I found this place last minute and they were able to get us in the very next morning. They let us check in early since we were kind of stranded, and walking in was like a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend this place for 2-4 people!

The number one thing is that this has a beautiful view of the water out of the living room sliding glass door/window. The living room is large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is functional to take care of yourself. The washer/dryer work well and have good capacity. Probably the only complaints are the parking is somewhat limited especially for a large SUV. The TV is not a "Smart" TV so I had to go out and buy a Roku to be able to watch shows. I never figured out how the cable worked. One can hear the road noise from the causeway, but surprisingly, it didn't keep anyone awake. Richard is easy to work with and responded fast to our numerous questions. I look forward to staying there again.

Great place to stay! It was exactly the way a rental place should be. A very clean and comfortable place to stay.

My husband, daughter , and I rented Suzanne’s place for a 4 night , birthday getaway. The place has self check in and was easy to access with a code. The condo was absolutely spotless and a lot bigger than I imagined. The decor was lovely and definitely had a home feel . Tastefully decorated. The surrounding area is also beautiful and very, very peaceful. We’ve been to Sarasota before, and Suzanne‘s place is just a little bit further away from Siesta Key beach than what we’re used to but close enough that it was not a problem at all. The beds were comfortable. Check out instructions were clear and written down. I would definitely go back. Our stay was great!
