This place is in an AMAZING location. We were able to walk to the places we needed to go. It was very clean and spacious! I would definitely stay here again!

Mrs. Grace is a great host. Flexible, good communication and easy to talk to. Her place is always clean and squared away. Smells good too

Ben and Leslie were very responsive. They were able to let me check in early. The space was clean, safe, and comfortable. I will definitely be staying with them again!

we absolutely LOVED this place! super close to a lot of great restaurants and things to do. and an easy driving distance from national parks/monuments and state parks! janet was super kind and responsive as well as checking in with us halfway through the trip. she did warn us it was a little small but it was perfect for my boyfriend and i, had everything we needed!

The price was so good in this place that we figured there would be a catch, but we were wrong. This was by far the best Airbnb that we have ever booked! It was absolutely the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. We loved the extras like the gym, game room, and in-unit washer and dryer. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The bed was quite comfortable, and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. We would love to stay here again next time we visit the Black Hills!

It was everything the ads said it was. Dale was very helpful with our questions. The location was exactly what we wished for - within a quarter mile of our son's house!

I enjoyed my stay at Laurie's due how centrally located it was for my needs. I was able to walk downtown, easy access to highways, and close to other areas of interest.

The Penthouse was wonderful, very comfortable and had everything we needed for our three night stay. Even though the temperature outside was subzero, the apartment was warm and cozy with a cute electric fireplace and a huge TV! Jack and Sharon were very responsive to all questions. We would definitely stay there again, if we return to Huron.

Cliff and Mary were extremely responsive to problems we had before going there and changes in who was arriving and when. When it turned out we were not able to go at all, they responded with a more than fair refund, even though we weren’t able to notify them until the 2nd day of our supposed visit. I thought that extremely fair and wished we could have gone. I highly recommend them even though we weren’t there. People that nice have to have a good place. And I really missed getting the chocolate chip cookies!!

Enjoyed my stay. Wish the cook top would have worked. Total pleasurable like being at home relaxing and comfortable!!

This location was ideal—quiet and pretty conveniently close to everything we planned to visit. Marci and her team were communicative and attentive, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. There were concise instructions and a book that had very nice recommendations for dining and fun. The space is an absolutely beautifully constructed, renovated loft. I can confidently say this is one of the best Airbnb stays my travel friend (Lisa) and I have stayed, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend it to others! James made the stay so easy. He had easy instructions to get to the lodge and access the building/amenities. He went above and beyond by staying up late for us to arrive to show us how to use the hot tub. Definitely would stay again!

We very highly recommend this place! Teresa was a delight to deal with. Very personable She was so attentive to making sure we knew what events was going on in the area. She even sent us recommendations on trails that we should do when hiking. The bonus though was Willie the dog! He greeted us every afternoon as we pulled in and was ready to play ball Will definitely stay there again if we ever get to go back in the future.

Jodi & Kevin are phenomenal hosts. We felt ensconced in warmth and hospitality from the second we arrived at The Case Place. We thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding farmland and waking up to watching cows peacefully graze in a nearby pasture. Jodi is an incredible chef and we had the most amazing breakfast tacos! If you get a chance, we highly recommend trying out her other dishes as well. Overall, our stay at The Case Place was a perfect, wholesome finale to our trip to the Dakotas and we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

This condo worked very well for our group ski trip to Terry Peak. The location is more than ideal!

Older house that has been nicely renovated. Fully equipped for long-term stays. I was there 4 weeks and really enjoyed my stay.

Fantastic place! Exceeded expectations. Sauna and hot tub were great. Friendly hosts, clean and well maintained property. Terrific setting and a quick trip to historic Deadwood, Lead and Spearfish. Such an enjoyable stay.

We had a great time. The house was exactly as described. Very clean and beautiful. If anything it felt much bigger than shown in the photos. April was on lightning top of any questions we had and always very helpful. We would definitely come again. Thanks April!
