This bright and comfortable space features a bedroom with a single bed, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dryer, dining space and and modern bathroom. Our home is located in a quiet estate and just a short walk from the bus and train. Dublin city centre is only a 30-minute drive away.

Perfect for one person or a couple. Studio 3 is cute, clean and self-contained with a private outdoor space. It is served by excellent public transport (buses are less than 10 minutes walk away). It takes about 40 minutes to the city centre (outside rush-hours). The Dublin's LUAS rail system is also close by. The immediate area is well served by coffee shops, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks and, of course, gastro pubs!

Large room , en-suite , king-size bed,(150cmx200cmm), private, not connected to main house. Set in a mature garden , south facing, not overlooked, tastefully furnished, linen and towels provided. Tea,(kettle/jug) and coffee maker in the room. Close to Dublin city centre, public transport literally across the road. Several buses take you into the city centre in 10 minutes. LUAS (tram service), is also close by.

The door code on the front door allows for easy entrance and exit for guests all throughout the day. The Rialto LUAS stop is nearby, passing Heuston train station, Dublin city centre and Connolly train station. The 73 bus stop is directly outside and also goes to Dublin city centre.
