i was looking for a unit that has fast internet and reliable bcoz my daughter has online class. and i found a good reviews about benjo’s place. And i was not disappointed. Benjo was very accomodating and responsive. He made sure that we will have a comfortable stay in his place. ❤️

I felt right at home the moment we stepped in our rented room. Stays like this make me prefer staying at airbnb rather than hotel rooms 🙂 Place is safe, with CCTV, with doors properly secured. Ate Cora was so accommodating to attend to our needs. Very helpful indeed!

My family and I had a great time staying in Racquel and Nick’s place. The place is so clean and homey. My son had a great time playing around since it was spacious. The beds and sofa are comfortable. We had a relaxing stay since the place is quiet. It was an ideal vacation for my family. The kitchen is complete with all the utensils and equipment. Showers and faucets are connected to water heaters. The internet speed is also okay. We were able to watch netflix during our stay. Racquel was very responsive to my inquiries. Ate Meldy was also proactive in checking if everything is okay during our stay. Highly recommended place especially if you have kids, value privacy and tranquility.

Caryl was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The place was amazing with the mountain view. The unit was unique and spacious for 2 guests. It is near the country club and beach access is suitable for walking as well. The unit is highly recommended.

Very clean and neat condo. Everything was as pictured and the condo had all necessities needed. The Urban Condominiums buildings and pool area are very well maintained, much better than any of the other condos in the area. Udo was very easy to contact and went out of his way to allow for an early check-in when my flight was moved up. All in all, a very good stay.

Angelo is incredibly friendly and very attentive to our needs. He’s also flexible and handled every situation with ease. He always had a good solution whenever we faced a problem. His place is spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with all the expected amenities. We had no issues during our stay and would highly recommend his place to our friends!

Tive uma experiência incrível ao me hospedar com o Jerry. Anfitrião educado gentil, prestativo e ainda me presenteou no key aniversário. Fez questão de deixar um copo com a bandeira do meu país 🇧🇷. O prédio possui uma ótima infraestrutura, um supermercado muito bom e diversos restaurantes. Se você estiver em Cebu City, esse é o melhor local custo benefício para se hospedar! We had a great stay! The place was clean, peaceful, and smelled amazing. Loved the bathroom and the fun board games. Would definitely rebook! ☺️

This was absolutely a great find. Highly accessible for transportation. Easiest check in to date. Swift and thoughtful responses from the Host. They were very flexible when I needed to extend via the app.

I had an amazing time staying at Tito's place! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. Tito was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always available to help with any questions or recommendations. The location was perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the thoughtful touches throughout the space, which made it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

Its my 2nd stay as i was highly satisfied with my previous stay. Very responsive host. The unit was beautiful with an excellent hot shower , AC works great , Watching Netflix just right in front of the comfy bed was amazingly entertaining.

Overall, this place is best for family or barkada outing! You no longer need to bring anything cos everything is in the condo already! We even left some of our condiments to so other users can use it as well in the future. The room is so cold, a lot of fans, netflix, the good sound from speakers, to kitchenwares, everything - perfection! +1000 for the massage chair that my friends enjoyed! Thanks to Julia for being accomodating! Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

A great place to stay.. Comfortable, relaxing and nearby to mall, restaurants and church. I would recommend this place and we will surely come back.

Fely is easy to talk to, and she is helpful. She will offer whatever is necessary to help resolve any issue you have within reason. It would be nice if every host was like her. The condo was clean upon my arrival, and the neighbors are quiet. The people living at Tivoli are kind, and the guards were very friendly. It is helpful having laundry, a market, 7-11, and pharmacy right around the corner! Everything you need is a short walk, or ride away. If I am in the area again, I would happily stay here again.
