It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.

Stay in our lovely self contained Annex in the lovely village of Newton Ferrers. Own entrance away from our accommodation. There is a fridge/ kettle/ microwave. Local Co.op within walking distance. Post office and Chemist. (Please note bathroom is downstairs from bedroom.) No Smoking or Vaping on the premises. Please note there is no WI FI within the annex. Minimum stay of 2 nights.
