Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails are nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.

Southern Point Cottage on Lake Champlain

This beautiful lakefront cottage offers breathtaking views of the Green Mountains and Outer Mallets Bay. With close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and Burlington, everything you need is nearby. Biking is a very popular activity during the spring, summer, and fall, with the scenic Island Line Bike Trail only a few minutes away. Fishing in Lake Champlain can be enjoyed year-round.
