I really enjoyed my stay at Shekar's place. The room was clean and comfortable, with a huge patio where I could work and practice yoga. The property is located in a quiet residential community with lots of greenery and birds. It is very easy to call a rickshaw straight to the house and go anywhere in Mysore. Shekar Ji was also very helpful and gave me lots of great local recommendations. He even brought me to his beautiful fruit farm outside the city. Shekar is very friendly and checks in with his guests often, so if you are pretty independent you should let him know.

We had a really great time staying at Cloudscape 15. The host Sanjay is very proactive and communicative. The caretaker for the property Veer ji is always available for assistance. We had a very spectacular experience, and would definitely consider booking again if we were to visit Kodai. Thank you Sanjay for allowing us to stay at your beautiful villa. Kindly ignore all the negative reviews, trust me it’s worth every penny. We were a group of 7 and have no complaints but only praises.

I stayed at this month June. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing—clean, spacious, and with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, within walking distance to restaurants and shops, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. My host, Jibu, was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the personalized touches throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Calicut city. Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

Ambika is such a great host. Very friendly, helpful and responsive! Stayed here for a month and enjoyed every bit of it. The house is very clean, pet friendly and has good proximity to nearby market and restaurants! Overall I enjoyed the stay.

The eleven of us had a lovely time at Simrans place. Dubey, the caretaker, was very proactive in getting things sorted and any request we had. The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts cooked by the chef in the morning were delicious. The only slight improvement I would make is that it would be nice to have the bedding made once every few days/rooms gone over, but for the three nights we were there it wasn’t a big deal. The pool is amazing, even better than the pictures and the location is ideal, only a three minute walk from the beech. The rooms are all huge, and the showers work well. Wifi is good in certain areas so maybe the reach/strength could be improved, but we were there to get away from life so it didn’t matter so much. Overall great stay and if we every have a big group, we’ll be coming back for sure. Thank you for such a beautiful few days, you made it very hard to like anywhere else we stayed!

Beautiful place to stay. Don’t think twice to book it, if available. I loved everything about this home. The style, cleanliness and hospitality. Stella and Francis are great host. Very polite and humble. They responded immediately for any need.

Jayantha kept in touch with me for any need from check in to check out. I stayed with my family for 1 month. The house is great for staying with family. I wanted to stay for 1 more month, but I couldn't due to some personal problems. Jayantha is a very good person. He gave me many concessions. I apologize and feel sorry for you Jayantha. From this place, everything is very close to super market, local market. You can go anywhere in Colombo quickly. It is an amazing feeling to stand on the balcony of the house and see the sea. Finally, I will say, my family and I had a wonderful time. Thank you Jayantha for your cooperation.

Had a wonderful stay at Suresh's place. The apartment was very clean and quiet, and Suresh was incredibly helpful and responsive.

Smita is an amazing host! So caring and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She left welcome goodies and a fridge with essentials for breakfast the next day. She was always quick to respond and so helpful with recommendations. We were here for Rimyi and the intensive at Gymkhana and the location worked out great, particularly as it was a short walk to Rimyi. Smita’s staff were also super helpful. It was also nice to have two rooms separated by a lot of space as my friend and I travelled together. We also each had our own bathroom. There are delicious fruit sellers and OM supermarket close by as well as Ishan Pure Veg restaurant which is actually very good. Thank you!!

Debbie is a Perfect Airbnb host and can say that from the way the house is kept for guests like meticulous details about the house etc...Iam sure it must have come from her vast experience in handling different sorts of people. Though there was some confusion in confirming some details she was flexible enough to handle the situation very well.. I can go on and on. overall nice experience in staying at Debbies beautiful pothanur house and wishes for her to continue to host many people..

Stayed with 2 other people. Tamara was a great host. She was very helpful and communicative. She was particularly helpful as we navigated our airport cab driver who needed additional directions. You get what you see in the photos on the listing. A note for people with big bags or luggage: you will have to use stairs to get to the rooms (one room is on the 2nd floor along with the kitchen and dining, and the other two are on the 3rd) The rooms had towels and linens, comfy beds, although could do with a bit more dusting prior to people checking in. Tamara left bottled water for us in the fridge as well, which we appreciated. You will have all the basic necessities. While it's not a major issue, we were surprised by the open holes in the bathroom showers. They are high enough to give you privacy, but open out into the side of the building with no screen or cover. Overall, this is a good choice if you need a safe place to sleep and leave your things, as you explore Colombo.

The Apartment/Airbnb Place is located at around 20 KM from Thivim Railway Station and takes about 30-45 Mins of travel time by Taxi/Auto/Cab. Pros -Llocation 1) Reputed Neighborhood, peaceful location and privacy. 2) 24X7 Electricity & Water . 3) Place with Round the Clock Security. 4) Most Importantly it is near to major beaches like Baga, Calangute, Anjuna .. Located at distance of 6-7 km from Candolim . Cons - Location 1) We being from Southern part of the country faced difficulty with availability of good food . 2) A Bike or Car needs to be rented , option for Taxi or Cab is non existant UBER/Ola Not available. Despite the above manageable difficulties it is a wonderful place to stay . Mrs. Ragini the host is also flexible with Check in, we had an early check-in which was made available on payment of a nominal amount which is otherwise not entertained else where . Overall an 8.5/10.

Hi , Highly recommend this place , those who wants to stay in north Goa . You will easily find good cafés, casino like big daddy etc.. , 5 min walk miramar beach , easily accessible Panjim local market and church.host (Priti) is very friendly host and always responds well. We feel like stay at home . And enjoyed our new year family vacation trip. House was neat and clean. If you are planning to stay with family I would recommend to Priti (host) place. A Perfect Stay – Comfortable, Convenient, and Hosted with Warmth We had an amazing stay at Abdul Razak’s beautifully renovated flat. The moment we walked in, we could see the effort and attention to detail that had gone into making the space welcoming and comfortable. Centrally located, the apartment offers easy access to transport, metro, markets, and is right next to Kokilaben Hospital—making it incredibly convenient for anyone visiting Mumbai. Abdul Razak is truly a fantastic host. From the very beginning, he greeted us warmly, took the time to explain a few things about the water system, and made sure we were comfortable. More than that, we had some great conversations with him—his love for meeting new people and helping them really shines through. He genuinely enjoys making guests feel at home, which makes all the difference. The best part? My wife absolutely fell in love with the place! From the cozy ambiance to the perfect location, everything about it felt just right.

Was a wonderful stay at Sunny's Nest. Easy to find the apartment using Google Maps. Caretaker Mr Alex was ready to greet us and was helpful. Apartment was cleaned superbly, so clean that you wouldn't want to put a piece of paper on the ground. All the listed amenities were available including a full functioning kitchen. Even sugar, salt, pepper, tea bags, coffee powder etc were available. Easy to get Uber if you want to go out. Online food delivery by Swiggy and Zomato available. Would recommend this home to anyone travelling to the area.
