Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Pattishams Escape. Hot Tub, River and Dog Friendly

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in the heart of North Devon surrounded by nature. This bespoke Shepherds hut is nestled in a 3 acre field with its own river meandering through. Built with only comfort in mind so you can relax by the warmth of the log fire, read a book or watch TV on the king size bed. This is the place to be still and take in the sunset views, starry night skies and the sound of the river whilst relaxing in the wood fired hot tub with your favourite person.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

17thC Threshing Barn in a peaceful Vineyard setting. Beautiful cob and stone barn with original beams and features. Entire house, sleeps two, detached from the main farm house, with private entrance doorway. The Threshing Barn is located in the heart of the village of Knowstone, on the edge of Exmoor in North Devon. Located close to the Two Moors Way between Dartmoor and Exmoor; the Michelin-starred Masons Arms a stroll away. Well behaved dog welcome (£30 fee); additional dog by agreement.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Swallow View, Umberleigh, North Devon

Beautiful guest house just outside Umberleigh in North Devon, in the heart of the Taw Valley. Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. Fully fitted kitchen and living room, with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Underfloor heating coupled with a log burning fireplace for chilly days. Only a short drive to some stunning beaches and marvelous countryside.

The Nook is situated in the pretty village of Bishops Nympton, with its village shop, village hall and beautiful medieval church. The market town of South Molton is just over 2 miles away. Conveniently situated within driving distance to both Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks, along with the beautiful North Devon coastline and their stunning beaches. We welcome a small well-behaved dog with a charge of £10 per stay. You must contact us prior to booking if you have 2 pets.

Guests at the holiday home can explore the local area via direct access to footpaths and river walks. Explore the Devon countryside and relax in the large cottage garden with a BBQ. Feel free to wander and enjoy West Radley family farm and meet our friendly rare breed animals.

Welcome to the gateway of Exmoor and North Devon ! My home in the middle of South Molton is an old regency building with beautiful high ceilings. The town centre with it's Pannier Market individual shops and supermarket is a short walk away. All the beautiful beaches are within reach and Exmoor National Park and the Tarka Trail are on the footstep. Woolacombe, Saunton Sands, Croyde, Lynmouth and much more are waiting for you !

The Barn at Lower Birch Farmhouse

The Barn at Lower Birch Farmhouse is situated in a tranquil valley in North Devon. Nestled between the rugged North Devon Coastline, the wilds of Exmoor, and the surfing beaches of Saunton, Woolacombe and Croyde.
