This home, nestled in the heart of Muskoka, is sectioned for complete privacy and soundproofing between units. Enjoy the deck with a view of the ducks in the backyard pond or the deer while I am travelling/at the cottage/staying in the second private unit used by me alone. With no smoking of any kind on the property, it is located on a quiet crescent in Bracebridge. Downtown, the Sportsplex, Theatre, restaurants, and grocery stores are a 5 minute drive or a walk away.
