Ryan’s place is very homy, cozy, & clean. Strategic location, near Aeon Mall BSD, The Breeze, Cisauk train station, Intermoda market, Simplicity & The Icon Cluster, Serba Raja Toll Road, and Prasetya Mulya University. Ryan is a friendly & very communicative host. Highly recommended.

Timothy was an incredibly responsive host and always available. He went above and beyond in responding to my concerns to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Timothy’s place is well located, in walking distance to AEON and a few minutes drive to the Breeze.

Clean and comfortable, the kitchen equipment is adequate, the room lighting is good. But the air conditioner in the living room is not cold enough

We want to have a family gathering during weekend, but we’re too lazy to get out of town. So happy to found this place. Really feels like we’re in a villa somewhere, without traveling so far away. We had a good time here, kids can go swimming or playing in the garden. Lots of games we can play. Plenty of cutleries so we can cook and feed a lot of people without thinking that we don’t have enough plates. Charles himself is so helpful and responsive.

Mathilda was such a great host. She is really nice and always fast respond if we need anything. The room is really clean and same as picture describe. I would recommend especially if you bring your furry friends. This unit is pet friendly too. Will come back! :)

Very nice place to stay, felt like home. just need more clean on dust at Sofa and Carpet. others is perfect

thank-you so much to kozystay for accomodating myself and my family during our 3 weeks stay. Place was as described and from check-in to check-out everything was smooth ! Has all the facilities needed for a family or solo travellers and is close to a big mall called AEON which has everything you need. Highly recommended for all.

Schönes Apartment im gehobenen Wohntower. AEON Mall ist ohne Probleme zu Fuß zu erreichen, sowie schöne Aussicht Auf BSD City. Im großen und ganzen wahr ich sehr zufrienden, sie Kommunikation war sehr gut und zuvorkommend.

The place is located in a very strategic area, close to Aeon. The amenities provided are adequate. It is clean, although there were some ants in the kitchen during our stay. Overall, this place is worth the price and is highly recommended for your staycation.
