We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

The lady was lovely, so friendly and accommodating. Such a nice place for a relaxing getaway. The farm shop at the top of the road did good breakfast. Would go back. Thank you

what a lovely place to stay. safe, secure, spacious and lovely hosts. they are so friendly and could not go further to be of help with anything. Warminster shops are 8min drive away. Longleat safari is 10mins away and the pub at the top of the road, is very friendly. ring before to check how busy they are as we couldn't get food. thank you so much Nick, Liz and Charles

A comfy and very scenic apartment, ideally situated with a short walk to the town. The apartment was well equipped and we very soon felt at home.

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in St. Ives. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch ohne Auto kann man richtig viel von Cornwall sehen. Mit dem Bus über Penzance kann man mit Umsteigen nach Sennen Cove, zum Minack Theater, nach Mousehole, Falmouth und Porthleven. Auch St. Ives hat mit der Tate und den schönen Stränden viel zu bieten. gerne wieder.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Bakerhouse. Lovely spacious living room, comfy bed and private garden. Made use of the Sauna and nearby beaches and walks.

The photos didn't do this place justice, it was beautiful . It was so quiet and relaxing and Tony and Rosemary were quick to respond to anything I asked, I would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at Lower Mill Estate with our baby! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a young family. Our little one loved the soft play and park area, and we enjoyed meals at Balihooo restaurant. A special thank you to our lovely host, Jane, who was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Overnight stop in Cardiff for an event, this flat was ideal. Quiet location so no noise to disrupt sleep. Tony couldn’t have been more helpful. Would happily stay there again in the future

What a fabulous penthouse apartment in the most perfect setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter spent in the Isle of Wight. We will miss the spacious apartment and the most peaceful view looking out across the channel. Thank you for a lovely stay

We had a brilliant family holiday here in Oct half term. Brilliant location so close to the beach and the costal paths, very convenient for Falmouth. The pool, sauna and hot tub are great and the kids had the best time. The apartment is compact but had everything we needed. Melanie gave lots of useful info before we arrived. We will be coming back.

Thank you Gayatri & Peter! What an amazing place! The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean throughout and equipped with everything we needed. Complimentary coffee pods, tea and milk on arrival were much appreciated. Gayatri was very informative and responsive to messages. We made very good use of the heated swimming pool, hot tub and sauna and enjoyed complete privacy the entire time. The location is superb, very quiet but not too far from the supermarkets. We enjoyed days out to the nearby Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge and Wells during our short stay. Our only regret is that we didn't book for longer! We're already planning a return trip. Highly recommended!

A beautiful two floor apartment with stunning sea views from both the balcony and the master bedroom– making for some spectacular photographs particularly at sunset and sunrise. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The bedding and pillows made for exceptionally sound sleeping, and the blackout blinds in the master bedroom were faultless in their endeavours. All three bathrooms with Stocks with quality amenities as was the kitchen and games cupboard. Brilliant Sonos sound system and wood burning stove made staying in for a movie night the perfect way to end our trip. We wish we never had to leave. This is a truly amazing place, and we are very grateful to Sam et al for hosting us. The allocated parking close to the apartment was ideal and the little green trolleys that one can borrow to transport one’s luggage (and partner) made for a refreshing lack of repeat journeys from one’s car to the front door.

We had a friend get together for the Easter weekend and we had the most amazing time. The house exceeded our expectations. The social areas were great and very spacious. There was loads to do at the house - swim, sauna, games room, books, relax etc. There were good walking routes listed with clear directions and the pub recommendations were spot on. Red kite were wonderful with communication and replied to messages almost instantly.

Such a great property. The house itself is very nice, spacious and thoughtfully put together. The pool, sauna and sauna are amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.

I can't thank Carolyn enough, after finding out I was surprising my 12 year old son to a birthday getaway birthdays banners and signs plus sweets etc all put out for when we arrived! above and beyond for us. Carolyn was very responsive, informative and so kind. wonderful localaton, amenities etc. caravan was like home to home, well equipped and very clean. thank you again! highly recommend! 5🌟😁

This place covers all the bases for a great stay for a big family get together! Excellent communications, nice welcome and then all the things to keep three families from ages 3-16 entertained. Private pool great, Games Room great, Hot Tub was spot on and actually hot (unlike so many that aren't)! Sauna probably needs some renovation love. Bedrooms great, enough space. Devonshire Arms nice food, Halfway House nice beer and vibes. All the ingredients for a place to kick back and have some much needed family time. Highly recommend!

Clive was so welcoming and helpful and gave lots of helpful recommendations of nearby walks and restaurants, he showed us around the lodge and demonstrated how to use all the facilities including the hot tub and sauna, there was a huge store of logs for the fire and he let us chose our own to bring inside which was a really nice touch. Thank you for everything Clive!

We had an amazing time at the bay talland! Staff was super friendly and the house was more than what we hoped for! The hot tub, pool, plunge pool and sauna was all included in our stay and we loved using them! We would highly recommend staying here for a peaceful escape. Thanks so much.

EXCEPTIONNEL ! Superbe lieu, décoré et agrémenté avec beaucoup de goût, ce qui permet de se sentir comme à la maison avec des prestations dignes d’un très bel hôtel. L’arrivée est top : table mise et décorée, bouteille de cidre au frais, glaçons dans le congélateur, spa chauffé à 39-40 degrés, et je ne parle même pas de l’état de propreté du logement et des autres prestations (1 peignoir par personne, savon et crèmes de soins disponibles, jeux de société, chaise bébé, etc). Le diable est dans les détails mais vous sentez tout de suite le souhait d’accueillir au mieux l’hôte, ce qui est très agréable. L’endroit est extrême y paisible, le jardin arboré, sans aucun vis à vis ni bruit. Nous y sommes allés en mai mais l’endroit convient pour les 12 mois de l’année (jacuzzi extérieur, spa intérieur et cheminée donc parfait l’hiver également!). 2 points à noter : mer à 30 min en voiture et chambres en enfilade. En bref, ce fut parfait ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Very nice flat, a few minutes walk to the sea. A great location for the coast and the New Forest (10min drive away). Carl was very helpful and the flat was very clean. We had a great few days.
