You will also be close to wooded walking trails and the shore road alongside the lake where you can bike, walk, or rollerblade to Southampton on the paved path.

Our yurt is located in a pocket of trees next to rolling farm fields and beautiful conservation land that the Rocklyn creek meanders through. You can prepare your meals in a sweet outdoor kitchen that is entirely screened in- or choose to sit by the fire. Bruce Trail access is just around the corner, and the towns of Meaford and Owen Sound are a short scenic drive away.

You can walk to the sandy beaches, stroll uptown to your favourite restaurant, shop in the many specialty stores located on "High Street" or wander down to the Saugeen River and catch the fishing boats arriving after a "day's catch". Breathtaking sunsets views are less than a block away and you will hear the waves from your Guesthouse patio while relaxing or BBQing the next meal.

Bike, walk or blade along the paved lakeshore biking trail. Gas fireplace in livingroom for cooler evenings or your morning read. Fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms, lower level family room, three bathrooms, laundry facilities. We cherish our cottage. Respectful, five guests maximum.
