The cosy cottage has been recently renovated, and has lovely light rooms with plenty of period features. It's in a quiet location, with easy access to the amazing New Forest countryside, as well as being close to the amenities in Lyndhurst - including pubs, tea rooms, gift shops, restaurants, takeaways, bus tours and the New Forest visitor centre. It is a pretty 17th Century thatched cottage in a small village, furnished to a high standard with a lovely mature garden. We have a well equipped kitchen and cater for young children with 2 high chairs, travel cots & toys. Located in the New Forest National Park and not far to the coast, Paultons Park & other attractions. My place is good for couples, families with children and small groups.

Bramblings, New Forest cottage by the green

Bramblings is in a magical position, at the edge of Lyndhurst, on the green and just over the cattle grid. It is just a short walk in to Lyndhurst for restaurants, cafes and shopping and there are great walks and cycling direct from the house. Remember to keep the gate shut whenever you are coming and going as the ponies, donkeys and cows are free to meander just outside and they are always keen to help themselves to the greenery in the garden.

Once the village brewery, our beautiful centrally heated cottage is the perfect base to explore the New Forest and the Solent. If you fancy a day at home you can just laze in the garden. Like to cook? The kitchen has everything you'll need. And the cosy living room has a log stove for those chilly autumn evenings. It's just four miles to Romsey for a choice of supermarkets and shops. And we're on site to sort out any problems.
