Only 1.5 hours from Sydney, it will transport you to another world so you can relax & recharge on your next getaway.

This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway.

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. "The Birdsnest" is located in the heart of the historic Berrima Village. "The Birdsnest" is an 1890s heritage listed building. The cottage is a calm and relaxing space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cottage is located near popular Southern Highland wedding/function venues. Bendooley Estate is a 10 minute drive away. Peppergreen is a neighbour. The “Birdsnest”is perfectly located to explore Berrima and the Southern Highlands.

The one bedroom cottage is light and bright with a small kitchen, a wood burning fire, reverse cycle airconditioning, ceiling fans and gas heating.
