New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Meals can be arranged in the fully equipped kitchen during your stay..Food also can be arranged from the restaurant in the adjoining property. Washing machine is available but the cost of powder to be borne by you.
