We have an inverter as a back up during load shedding + our own water treatment plant for high quality water directly from the tap, better than any plastic bottled water.

You will find a convenience store, hair salon and coffee shop 200 meters away. For power backup, we have an UPS for the WIFI, a gas cooker and rechargeable light bulbs and light.
