A super-cute retro A-frame with a historic connection. This is the Hillary family base when in Queenstown. There’s even a picture of Sir Edmund when he first returned from his historic climb of Mt Everest in 1953. Recently refurbished, with a new kitchen and bathroom, it is cute, comfortable and has stunning views from the front balcony, the living area and the master bedroom. Walk to the shops and restaurants in central Queenstown. There’s plenty of parking at the house.

A stand alone apartment built about 12 years ago at the front of the Goldfields subdivision (close to the Sherwood Hotel) hanging out over the lake with fantastic unobstructed views across the Frankton Arm to the Remarkables. The apartment has had a remake (4 yrs ago) and has changed into a 'ski chalet' in the mountains with plywood interior. There is off-street parking for one vehicle on the car deck.
