Set within 27 acres, this peaceful holiday home offers a relaxing place to stay whilst being within easy reach of attractions and amenities. 4 minutes drive to Lytham, with St Annes and Blackpool being just further along the coast. The holiday park has fishing access for guests and a private woodland. The caravan offers 2 bedrooms (1 Double, 1 Twin). Sofa bed (extra fee) or travel cot (free) on request. Bathroom and small ensuite to master bedroom. Light and spacious living and kitchen dining.

The Shed @Rectory Cottage

The Shed @Rectory Cottage is a cozy cabin perfect for a restful retreat or a peaceful work-from-home getaway. Inside, the room can be arranged with two single beds or one king-size bed, making it ideal for solo travelers, couples, or friends. A small table serves as a practical workstation or a dining spot for two, while the cabin’s adjoining patio and grassed areas offer a tranquil spot for morning coffee or evening drinks, perfect for putting your feet up and soaking in the garden views.

Situated in the beautiful setting of Burscough the lodges are newly finished and linked to our sister Restaurant and pub The Slipway. The cabins sleep 6 guests in total with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious lounge with sofa bed/dining room open onto modern kitchen and external area with hot tubs directly facing the peaceful canal setting. Families, groups and couple stays are all catered for in our stunning lodges.

Little Oak - A unique tiny home

Our wonderfully unique tiny home ‘Little Oak’ situated within an acre of woodland and on the edge of the Heswall Dales nature reserve, it really is a special place and the perfect place to explore our beautiful area with incredible walks on our doorstep. We’re an outdoorsy family of 5+3 rescue dogs and having lived in the cabin ourselves we can vouch that’s it’s as comfy and homely as it is quirky and cool. Then relax in this peaceful but family friendly space or do you want to go exploring beautiful North Wales with sandy beaches, castles or more adventurous activities. Less than 4 miles from Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks. if we are available we are happy to help look after your pets and give you lifts into Chester etc. Fully equipped cabin including bedding and towels. The cabin is situated in the grounds of our property so it is better suited to people who like to explore the local area and the Cheshire countryside.
