I’m not one for taking a lot of time to write a review, but this place is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Clean, beautiful, peaceful, private, and the attention to details is amazing. More than we ever expected, this place is amazing!

What a beautiful location , rich in history. The grounds are amazing with lots to do including walking trails. The receptionist was very friendly and took the time to give us a detailed explanation of where we were staying and where all the amenities were located. The breakfast was very good and the location is central to many attractions. Loved we could visit with our two dogs . I would certainly stay here again.

What a beautiful spot! My siblings and I had an amazing stay and highly recommend checking out this piece of paradise! To be back on Lake Utopia after 15 years has been so memorable! We are so fortunate to stay on the same lake that we grew up on and visited every summer. This incredible space was absolutely stunning. Thank you Catherine! We will definitely be back!

we loved our stay, it was a beautiful space, really did well with details, loved that the bathroom was high end, they didn't spare on appliances and decor, which was one of the first things we noticed, loved the space and really enjoyed our stay.

Alie is attentive to her emails, responds quickly. Place was immaculate, beds vey comfortable. Enjoyed the privacy, just what we wanted.

We had a fantastic first-time stay at Todd and Jessica's cottage. The cottage's front lawn comes to the water so it is easy and incredible to sit on the spacious patio and watch the tides, Spoon island, and numerous waterfowl like great blue herons, eagles, crows, seagulls and cormorants. The cottage is clean and well equipped, inc. two pairs of binoculars, games, and well equipped kitchen. The fire pit is beautiful and we had sufficient supply of wood. We appreciate being able to bring our dog - we walked the nearby Gagong Nature Preserve every morning and it was great. St. Stephen is nearby for convenience as is a great little local vegetable market (inc. fresh blueberries, NB honey and maple syrup) - on route 170 toward St. Stephen. We highly recommend the place! Our entire vacation was ruined. We spent a week touring NB and PEI and never again experienced the level of serenity and hospitality that we enjoyed at Debbie & Neil’s. The home was immaculate, and Neil took the time to show us around even though we arrived later than expected. Upon leaving, we instantly regretted not booking the place for the entire week (though it likely wasn’t available). We are already looking for an excuse to come back and spend some quality time in L’Etete and with Debbie and Neil.

our second stay at this serene cottage and couldn't ask for a better staycation! Responsive and helpful host and easy to navigate instructions. Everything you could need for a peaceful and fun lake front property. perfect outdoor seating areas, deck, kayaks and SUP board, BBQ and so much more! Thank you Shannon for the perfect get away! We loved our time at the Artists Cabin! It was very private with a great beach and spectacular views. Krista and Jordy were very communicative and responded quickly to all our questions. We hope to return soon!

This was our second summer staying at the cottage. Everything you need is there, including kayaks and a canoe. If you are looking for a peaceful place to recharge, this is the cottage for you!

Nous avons vécus un beau séjour paisible dans la petite maison. Jenna est très gentille et accueillante. Elle nous a même accomodé suite à une erreur de ma part sur la plateforme airbnb. Elle très proactive. Nous avons adoré les belles plages et le calme de White head.

Colin, to say your place was pristine is an understatement! Colin's place was brand new and overlooked the bay and surrounded by white pines (my favourite tree!). It was very close to St. Andrew's, which was a beautiful, quaint little town with many shops and breweries to explore. It is also a one hour drive from both St. John's and Fredricton. While we did not get the chance to go to Fredricton, we did drive to St. John's which is a beautiful little city with breweries on every street! Thank you Colin for sharing your beautiful and welcoming space with us!

My cousin and I stayed for 3 nights and highly recommend! We absolutely loved everything about the home, water views, it's location to shops and restaurants - perfection. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us :)

We enjoyed our stay at Duck retreat cosy cottage. The host Marg was easy to communicate with and her place was well supplied for kitchen utensils. The bed was very comfortable. We had many meals on the lower covered deck with the beautiful view of Duck islands. Its a nice central spot to stay on the island.

We loved staying at Vic & Diane's cottage. It was close to St.Andrews and we also had beach access a few minutes walk away. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that was less then perfect would be that the water had an undesirable smell - had we known in advance we would have purchased water to drink beforehand. Honestly though, we loved our stay and would stay again- Vic and Diane were super friendly and helpful! We highly recommend staying with them!

Beautiful place to stay for the weekend.

The cottage was perfect for our family of 4. The water was perfect for swimming and relaxing on the dock. I highly recommend bringing a canoe or kayak as the bay is calm and lots to explore. Ella Mae was a fantastic host and very responsive. Highly recommend and we look forward to going back.

We really enjoyed staying at Carly’s house. It was clean, comfortably furnished, light and airy, and you can see the ocean (unless it’s foggy). We would definitely come again!

Rachel was so kind and even had a card and treat waiting for us once we arrived. Everything was perfect! Beautiful scenery and right on the lake. There are only two things I would note. There isn’t a microwave just and the shower fluctuates from hot to cold randomly.
