The apartment is located on a quiet street between the new and old town. There are 2 beaches within 700m. Guaranteed parking space nearby on a walking distance. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room with a sleeping sofa for children, dinning area and fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, automatic coffee maker. Two big balconies with a sea view to use for pictures. One balcony has 2 art rattan swings. Unlimited internet access, 2 TVs, iron, hair-dryer, towels.

Villa "Kolokita"offers you a 360 degree sea view. There are 2-bedrooms,2-bathrooms in the house. You can enjoy your morning coffee at our veranda or one of the two balconies with incredible view. The house is located at complex Sozopolis, there is all you need for a perfect vacation (large swimming pool,Fitness,restaurants...). According to Bulgaria’s law we are legally obligated to register all guests in the national register, and it is necessary to provide us ID before check in. Thank you!
